Career
Interests
My passion is in developing individual,
team, and organizational performance
systems. With a background in
psychology, business administration and
organizational behavior, I am interested
in a partnership with organizations and
academic institutions that seeks to
capitalize on people development.
My passions include consulting,
teaching, speaking, writing, coaching,
research and the creation of new
performance solutions for profit, not
for profit, and academic institutions.
With a bias for engineering human
performance, I am focused on the
applications of positive psychology
technologies within multiple life arenas
and age groups.
