Finding Your Flow Newsletter Introduction and Invitation

19 Mar

Dear Friends, Colleagues and Performance Enthusiasts:

For 25 years I have researched, written, spoken, and taught students of all ages about practical strategies to improve performance and to enter “Flow” within any “Meaningful Life Arena.”

I have recently completed a book entitled: “Finding Your Flow: How to Identify Your Flow Assets and Liabilities—The Keys to Peak Performance Every Day”. The premise of this book is to help individuals, teams, and organizations recognize the most important principles that improve and/or hinder performance.

As a member of my current email list, I wanted to extend an invitation to you to join my distribution network and receive my newsletter—a brief yet practical resource for helping you become more aware of your own Flow Assets and Liabilities, with practical strategies for finding your flow every-day.

Finding Your Flow is all about improving your focus. It is about discovering your own personal process and formula to staying in the moment and being fully engaged in your work, your play and your life.
